And when one meditates one may feel or see something in ones mind or not. In Meditation one that is deep encounters, occasionally, an inner light. It will be unique for you — as it is for many others it will not always be for you. Meditation should be done independently and in groups (in service to God and all that is). There are lots of forms.
Some dhamma vipula people find themselves to be swinging inadvertently while concentrating on exhaling and inhaling. In case you have a similar experience say,’swinging, swinging’. While you are concentrating on it. In spite of this concentration, if swinging becomes wilder lean against a wall or lie on your bed, while emphasizing it. The swinging will vanish.
This method however doesn’t recommend practicing the methods separately – practicing one method (concentration) for awhile, and then practicing another (insight or mindfulness meditation) for awhile, as is currently practiced by many Buddhists. The method described below practices both concentration and insight at the exact same time.
Begin with meditation with form, witnessing what’s showing up and as described in dhamma vipula, a Buddhist tradition, which invites to observe the objects arising in the awareness. This practice may facilitate insight into your true nature.
Dance more. It’s easy to assume that I dance a lot, since I have a dance school. Well, that wasn’t the case this vipassana meditation year. Or 2011 for that matter. So 2013 will consist of dancing.

About the fears behind death and aging, the undercurrents of those diet debates are in my opinion. No one wants to die. So we use our intellect to think ourselves into life philosophies. And we protect our beliefs by criticizing arguing and preaching. Because if we’re wrong, we have to face the unknown and that can be frightening. Our egos don’t like the unknown.
