Dear Asad,
I am afraid I am not familiar with the Pakistani Credit System. All I can tell you is that the German universities are most likely using the European ECTS system for which one year consists of 60 ects. You can always just send an email to the university in question.

You have a mistake here in the convert ECTS to Credits in the United States and Canada: This means that to convert ECTS to American Credits and Canadian Credits, you have to divide the American Credits and the Canadian Credits by two ?
In fact we have to divide the ECTS by two !!!!
